Phil has a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from University College of Wales Newport and a Diploma in Counselling (Humanistic) from the Central School for Counselling Training (Barry College). Phil’s personal model for Counselling integrates both Humanistic and Cognitive behavioural approaches. Phil is also an Individual Member of BACP.

Ann Norman is a qualified practitioner in Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the International Council of Holistic Therapists and holds professional indemnity insurance.
